Rectunomics

I am told that it is difficult for people to understand why the Democrats are not in favor of tax cuts.

Let me explain.

First, let’s get the facts straight. There has not been a tax cut under Bush, or Regan for that matter.

The Zombies say, “Yes there has! 2.5%!!!!! That’s money we get to keep.”

Incorrect — ignorant fool.

For people making over $1 million dollars per year, the Bush Tax Cuts amount to 11.2% — every penny borrowed.

For people making less than that, the cuts are 2.5% — every penny borrowed as well.

But the Zombies say, “Yeah, but the rich people make more than us! So they SHOULD get a bigger cut.”

Hold your zombie horses. Let me see if I can put this in perspective:

Let’s say you and your spouse get married. You make $50K per year. The spouse makes $200K per year.  Together you make $250K per year.

Your spouse likes shoes and fast cars, so the spouse runs up $200K worth of debt. You, on the other hand, like tools and gardening. So you run up $50K worth of debt.

Total combined debt = $250K.

Then – you get divorced. Judge Conservative (Bush et. al.)  says, “You are equal partners, you both owe $125K a piece.”

This is exactly what has happened. Every penny of your “Tax Cuts” have been borrowed, except the millionaires and billionaires have been given 448% discount on what is owed. The money is OWED, morons, across the board. Congratulations on your ass screwing. I hope it was enjoyable. Now you can spend the next 2 generations paying it off, all the while licking the boots of your conservative owners.

This is the way of conservatism. The people don’t know they’ve been screwed until they read the fine print. And by then, it’s too late.
